It ensures premium quality coffee through strict quality control, while offering outgrowers convenience with streamlined logistics and easy access to processing services.

Committed to sustainability and fair trade, Coffee Trap champions ethical sourcing, community empowerment, and low-carbon, organic production. Through comprehensive farmer support ranging from financial assistance and extension services to training programs for smallholders and refugees it strengthens market linkages, uplifts livelihoods, and builds lasting trust with clients through consistent, proven results.

Leslie is an Ugandan businessman and co-founder at Coffee Trap, a leading coffee export enterprise championing quality, sustainability, and farmer empowerment across Uganda’s coffee value chain.

With over a decade of leadership in agribusiness, Leslie has built a reputation for transforming smallholder coffee production through innovation, traceability, and global market linkages.
